2006 Fee Structure
We assess our pricing structure and web services agreements once a year to determine if we are accurate in our approach. With that understanding, we made some adjustments to our fees and want to highlight the key points.
The following changes are effective March 1, 2006 unless noted otherwise:
- Hourly rate for maintenance changes that do not constitute provisions within the web services agreement are $105.00 per hour (effective January 1, 2006).
- All accounts payable balances are due in full within 45 days of receipt with a 1.5% monthly interest rate accrued for all balances after 60 days.
- Any and all past due balances are subject to disconnection per the web services agreement with an associated $35.00 reconnect fee.
Things to Come in 2006
In addition to our product upgrades, our tradeshow giveaway this year will prove to “outdo” the cows from last year! Please make it a point to come by our booth at many of the usual places: NAA, TAA, Brainstorming East and West and most important, Multihousing World. This year I have the honor of being a co-chair for the technology track for MHW in Chicago.
Before the end of March we will complete a program designed specifically for our clients to show our appreciation for your business. The program will offer incentives to all of our clients, based on the length of account duration. There are so many new products and services developed over the past few years, that we want to make it irresistible for existing clients not to obtain them. We believe this new program will improve your leasing, marketing, and resident retention, while making your current website(s) result in a better investment.
