We proudly introduce the Apartment Toolbox^SM1.0, our redefined, redeveloped, centralized, easy-to-use administrative center for all our Website clients. As services have been added to our product line, many accounts have been forced to operate under several points of entry to manage their Website functions. And many are still operating under our original www.aptpages.com floor plan, profile and newsletter administrative system. So we have finally consolidated our entire product line into a single center, our Apartment Toolbox^SM, which is available now under both www.ellipseinc.com and proprietary corporate Intranet programs.

Not only does the Apartment Toolbox^SM keep consolidated hierarchical controlled staff access, our web-based Intranet now provides for enhancements and additional applications to be easily added. Some new functions are:

The added Art Center, a clearing house for property collateral such as logos, brochure art, floor plan images and photos. The Art Center may be accessed from any computer with Internet access for fast file download or easy content upload, which acts much like adding an attachment to an email. To complement the Art Center, our Document Center is designed to support central company-wide forms management, thus eliminating a staff member from using an outdated form.

Our new Contact Center encompasses the great graphics of our E-Postcard system with an on-line contact management tool. This great enhancement provides for simple Website prospect collection, supported by a database history of contact follow up documentation. Now, your marketing management reports can reflect the actual number of website visitors, delivering the exact number of prospect inquiries and resulting in an accurate number of total leases.

All your favorite real-time updates are still here, such as our newly renamed Dynamic Floorplans^SM, the updatable Internet Specials Coupon, and Internet Newsletter soon to be supported by www.NewsGraphics.com. An additional service that might be of interest is our Virtual Guest Card^SM, a Website marketing source survey that keeps track of your off-line media responsible for delivering all that great Website traffic. Other optional features include an on-line rental application system, a resident bulletin board, and a web-based affordable compliance monitor for our Texas communities called Compliance Guard^SM. Oh, and LiveStats has even replaced the old WebTrends Website traffic reporting program; and it is now embedded in the Apartment Toolbox^SM for an easy reminder and quick access.
